Everything was perfect except for the timing of receiving the tickets. I received them only a few hours before the concert. Given I travelled from a different continent to see the concert, I was quite nervous. I spoke on the phone with viagogo and they solved it. Hope they can improve on the timing of receipt of tickets. Other than that, everything OK.
