I had a positive experience. The only thing that I hated was the fact that when I went to buy the ticket it said that it was 88€ but after I picked it and went to pay, the extra (hidden) fees brought it up to a total of 138€. 50€ extra. That's the price that should be displayed when picking seats. I think it's a cheap trick and therefore the 3 stars.
