I was initially apprehensive as my first time purchasing resale tickets. They were expensive, as resale often are, so I did have a concern about potential fraud, but viagogo promised money back if the tickets weren’t delivered which was reassuring. Thankfully I didn’t need to test this as the tickets arrived in my ticket master account just before the expected date, and we had no problems using them at the event - and had a great time! Viagogo sent regular update emails as well including contact details on the day of we had any problems. Very good, would use them again.
