It's super easy to order, but there was some confusion on using the tubuleta app to get delivery of the tickets. that is the tickets would show up when I was not watching and then be sent back - so I was not expecting this behavior. It's important to accept the ticket otherwise it goes back for some reason. Then you simply re-request and it will send it back. Not sure why this is done this way.
I just used the app on the phone to show my ticket on entry, and all was good. However this was not clear if I needed to print it or just use the mobile app.
