ViaGoGo is a complete rip-off and scam. Purchased 2 x tickets to full day (1200-1800) at Oktoberfest for Sunday Sept.17th. I received tickets less than a week before departure. I found out when arriving in Munich that the entry bracelets we received were actually only good from 1500-1800 (AFTER arriving at our tent with my wife!!). ViaGogo offered apologies and refund of €100 on a €490.00 purchase and I rejected demanding a full refund or ½ at minimum. Gets worse and more insulting though. We did get into our tent at 1500 and met 2 other Americans who has also bought on ViaGoGo. We ended up being the only four people at a table set for 10 people and the tent organizers said all dinners had been pre-made based on 10 people per table and we were asked to pay for 3 additional dinners and desserts each!!!!!! After fighting back and forth (easily a dozen email and web exchanges), ViaGoGo made final offer of €175 which I have no choice but to accept and as we were forced to pay by cash for the extra dinners they would not refund this additional money either. STAY AWAY, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!
