We were charged over a 100% mark up on the face value of the tickets, the fees are extortionate, what a rip off. There is no customer service only contact available is via email which is hardly surprising as they must get a high volume of complaints regarding over charging for fees. This is ironic as one of the reasons given for the booking fee is to provide customer service. My advice "Don't buy tickets from Vigogo" This is just a legalised ticket tout site.
