ok I spent over £300 for 3 tickets for this Friday 13/10 Little Mix Concert in Birmingham, Money went from Credit Card early this year, credit card statement sent to Viagogo.... No order confirmation no response to Any emails, you can not get through on Telephone or web site as no order confirmation number has been sent and no one to help! How can you run a business like this, no one can get through, you take peoples money then don't even acknowledge receipt, not sure that this will create a reaction or do we have to go down legal route, you have my emails, my money and you make it impossible to be contacted! Absolutely disgusting Customer service!
