This is the most frustrating experience I have ever had! I sold tickets but via Viagogo but they had not arrived 8 days before the concert. There is absolutely no way of notifying the company to ask for advice other than using the FAQ. There is no phone number of email that can be used UNTIL the deadline have passed! On the day I received the tickets from the box office I received a standard email notification (not possible to reply) where I had the option to select an option of 'will send within 24 hours'. I had the tickets on my and a printed UPS label and was on the way to dispatch them when I received a further email saying DO NOT SEND. THIS HAS BEEN CANCELLED AND YOU WILL BE CHARGED £45 FOR A REPLACEMENT. If their customer service options allowed me to talk with someone and explain that I had the tickets and was sending them this would not have happened. DO NOT use this company until they change their customer service approach.
