We bought tickets for Kasabian at the 02 for last weekend and the confirmation came through on the mobile. At no point did it say that you must print out the tickets. No one in the box office or nearby staff would help with this mission or with dealing with viagogo. In the end a taxi driver drove us to the holiday Inn to print them and brought us back again and we missed the beginning. We are absolutely livid and will never use them again
