Duped! I had no idea that i was using a secondary ticket site. Their marketing is crafty and unacceptable. The whole affair has had a knock on effect on my health. We all think we cannot be duped. I have remonstrated with viagogo, Office of Fair Trading, Watch Dog, my credit card company etc to no effect. The tickets I wanted were for a show in October. With the recent changes made to stop secondary ticket sellers (ie no en bloc purchases, only allowing the original ticket purchased into the event) viagogo will be unable to fulfil this contract. All I want is to buy legitimate tickets to see the show!!! This is affecting peoples lives and is a complete con to extract money in an illegitimate way.
