Promised tickets three days ago and yet no contact from Viagogo, why?
They lie and read from scripts, don’t care how you are feeling, stressed for most of the time and tell you want you want to hear!
Didn’t realise they were a 3rd party until it was too late and never give personal details on line because once they got you there is no going back however hard you try, I actually pushed the cancel button and they still took money from my account!
Never ever use Viagogo at all no matter what you think, they are con artists.
