STAY AWAY FROM THIS RIP OFF COMPANY!!!!!!! We ordered 3 tickets for Eminem at Twickenham. They overcharged us by double, including extortionate charges and VAT!!!! Then they said they have lost the tickets, meaning that the whole weekend we have planned is ruined. I now have a hotel, and parking at the event which is of no use. The customer services is by email only, i could not find a phone number that actually got through to someone who did not have s%*t for brains. They have hidden charges that show up after you have paid, and no way to question them. Fraudulent company with no morals, and workers that i wouldn't trust to sit the right way on a lavatory bowl.
