Don’t use this site. It has these hidden charges that charged me $100 dollars each ticket to see the a broadway show. Complete scam. I called customer service to refund however it was useless. The lady was yelling over rather than listening to the issues of the customer. Clearly I am not the only one here that feels the same about Viagogo. Lesson learned for me and I hope you avoid this like a crazy ex-girlfriend that shows up to your house at random.
