DO NOT SELL TICKETS WITH VIAGOGO. The whole thing is a scam, I received no notice or emails stating that my ticket was being sold and because I didn't confirm writhin 48 hours I am being charged a minimum of £20 after being given no notice. I explained and said I still have the ticket so as it hasn't been replaced I'm happy to still sell but they are rating this isn't allowed and I have to re list which will give them the opportunity all over again to scam m and charge me. AVOID.
