If I could give them negative stars I would! I am absolutely appalled at the customer service provided by viagogo! They have lost a pair of my season tickets twice and continuously send threatening emails daily saying they’ll charge me for replacing the tickets that need to be bought for the customers who bought my original season cards! I have had to pay to replace my season tickets twice and every time I ring to resolve the matter they hang up or say I’ll receive a call back. I have NEVER had a call back. 37 calls later within the space of 3 weeks and the issue is no further resolved than when I first rang. Don’t ever use this service!! They are scam artists that will rip you off anyway they can! They will be hearing from my solicitor as according to there own policy and my earnings from my tickets, I have roughly £1200 from this company.
