We have now had 3 attempts to buy tickets - the first didn’t happen as the seller never had them in the first place, the second set were sold to us but were the wrong date and now having paid for a third set viagogo are telling me they can’t get the seller to upload them. It’s a shambles and tickets are costing nearly 3 times their face value. Sadly my son and his friends now won’t be able to attend the concert .a complete shambles. - never use viagogo. Staff simply fob you off with promises of tickets which don’t materialise. Not a credible company. Avoid!
