Completely inflexible when my friend broke her leg since booking our tickets and was in a wheelchair - They would not even consider moving us to the disabled access area even though are tickets were in the same area. They kept telling us they could not upgrade us. We weren't asking for an upgrade, we were asking for disabled access.
I will never use this dreadful company again.
