Only rating one star because zero isn't an option. Had a terrible experience purchasing gig tickets. Spoke with team members four times on the phone the day before the gig despite booking tickets 4 weeks in advance. I was not once given a straight answer and all issues would be dealt with "soon" after asking for a specific timeline as i was due to set off on the 6 hour drive to the gig viagogo could still not give an accurate timeline for resolution. As a result of this asked for a refund to which the company told me this was not a service they offered. Gentlemen on the phone then went on to tell me I had already called several times and should not call again despite the fact my issue was not being resolved. Great effort viagogo...
