Got tickets viagogo, viagogo emailed me to download the e-tickets so downloaded them got to the entrance after lining up for so long only to get turned away. Called viagogo and they said I've Been scammed. Viagogo said they was going to look into this and emailed straight away after phone call saying I'm going to get my refund and gave a £93 voucher The tickets cost me £186 what am I going to do with that voucher?
