Via NO NO!
Booked tickets using Viagogo at a cost of £133.34. I contacted the venue for further details and was informed that the ticket was not valid. I contacted Viagogo who refused to issue me with a valid ticket or refund my costs. I now have to tell my daughter that we have been ripped off and that she has no birthday present. Take my advice and avoid this company. Word of warning i thought i was booking through the official venue site but somehow i was taken on a link to viagogo. Just been in touch with citizens advice bureau to pursue legal action
