I ordered 3 tickets to watch Bayern Munich with my sons on a trip to Munich at the end of August 2019. The tickets weren't cheap (2.5 x face value) but you do know how much they cost before pressing "go".
The tickets were dispatched on the promised date via UPS and I was tracking their progress. The tickets seemed to get stuck in the UPS system near London so I was worried about getting them in time. After previous denials, UPS confirmed that the package was missing ... on the morning that we were flying to Munich.
I called viagogo's help line (US number - expensive) and they were very helpful, saying they would talk to UPS and make other arrangements. By the time we got to Munich (6 hours later), I had an email from viagogo saying that the tickets had been converted to e-tickets (a link was attached) and they would refund the delivery charge (done the same day).
The tickets did work on the day and we had a really good view from the front row of our section. The stadium was full to capacity (75,000) and Bayern Munich won 6-1 so we had a great time.
I know it's swimming against the tide of reviews but viagogo were delivering on time and responded really well when the courier (UPS) let us both down.
