This is probably the first time I am writing a negative review but its just hard to believe what i went through with them. I purchased a few tickets for a cricket match the previous day and was given a confirmation. despite this the tickets never arrived. i had a important client with me for this match and had committed. i kept calling the customer service who kept assuring me that tickets will come 'soon'. I requested for the tickets to be cancelled but they didn't do it either and elsewhere the prices just shot up. Can you believe it, I JUST DIDN'T GET THE TICKETS. Since it was business Guest i had committed, I was almost begging the customer service to do something in the night. Is there any other consumer forum I could complain about this rogues.
