Bought tickets for an event which was cancelled, proceeded to message viagogo regarding a refund and received an email detailing that the event had been postponed and they were 'contacting' the event organisers the event had clearly been cancelled on the organisers website. It was impossible to receive a refund and if you persist they just throw their customer agreement at you. Would not recommend using viagogo ever, once you've paid that's your money gone no matter what.
