Trying to get a refund on tickets event postponed until November 2021 on a Tuesday matinee in Liverpool We won't be able to attend and on principle will not sell the tickets through Viagogo which would cost us.loads of emails and phone calls with no joy they just talk around everything.They say they don't have to give refunds!!!!!We explained it's not like for like that they are offering. I have had to go to my bank to see if they can help. I have also signed up on all petitions about them and have also reported them to Gov .com Trading standards and Victims of Viagogo on Facebook.I can't believe they are still trading.
