Der Transport und die Auslieferung erfolgte bei Frosttemparaturen und war bei Anlieferung extrem kalt.
Die Umverpackung konnte nicht vor Kälte schützen. Nach Rückfrage und längerer Kommunikation mit Viktilabs meinte man, die Kälte hätte keine Auswirkungen auf das Produkt . Ich könne es jedoch auf eigene Kosten zurück senden.
