Great choice of products - especially to give as gifts - and really nice presentation box with ribbon and personalised gift card.
There was a problem with one of the items I purchased - it arrived broken inside the sturdy packaging. However- VIP Bottles customer service could not have been better or more understanding. They organised a replacement immediately and I was able to return the original parcel without any trouble whatsoever. I really cannot fault them at all and would definitely recommend.
