“Very good service drinks come fairly decent time, just wish they’d have more things in stock but I can understand if not many people purchase them! (Strong rum, tiki fire and Wray 1.75litre I’m speaking of) Otherwise it’s perfect. Literally”

“After advertising Magnum tonic wine ( brown labelled ) bottle. I sent an email to confirm that they infact had these. I was emailed back to with reassurance that VIP Bottles did have these in stock and was encouraged to place my order. I did this and also added extra 24 hour delivery on top of my case of 24 bottles. However, almost five days later I received my order, which was the completely wrong magnums . I sent an email of complaint, to which I had an apology for their error. They don’t infact have the brown labelled magnums and offered a 15% refund for my trouble. Absolutely shocking service and will never recommend or use them again.”

“I had a very good exprience for my first time using VIP. Ordering was easy. An extra email woud be good, I got a order confitmed and the out for delivery I think a its being prossed and packed would be nice. Delivery on the whole was quck.”

“I ordered a miniature bottle and paid extra for a gift box. However, the gift box provided was designed for a standard-sized bottle, not a miniature. As a result, I was unable to use it, as the miniature bottle looked out of place in such a large box. A gift box appropriately sized for a miniature bottle should have been supplied.”
