“I specifically placed my order because the horchata buzzballz was in stock. Only to be told a couple of days later that it was damaged so could not be included in my parcel. Extremely disappointed.”

“I ordered 2 Laurent-Perrier La Cuvee Champagne Gift Set with 2 Glasses. Only one was delivered and the box had all finger prints over it. I did get another delivered but no mention of the dirty box. It was a present so was not happy!”

“As a new Customer I placed my first order with VIP Bottles for some individual bottles of bitter lemon as I enjoy a St Clements in the Summer and I was very pleased to find these as they don't seem to be widely available. The delivery was prompt and the instructions given were clear. Despite the contents being carefully packed and wrapped, unfortunately the box was damaged during delivery and two bottles had been spilt making the box soaking wet. VIP Bottles were extremely efficient and helpful in making things right and sent a replacement almost immediately which was very much appreciated. I would definitely order from this company again.”
