I ordered a vodka miniature as a little gift and was prompted if I wanted to add a box. It was £6.99 and gave no indication of the size/dimension, hence you would assume that the box would be adequately sized to the product you are purchasing. Upon arrival, the box is giant and intended for a 1l bottle, hence it was 20x the size of the gift and completely unsuitable. It would be embarassing for the recipient to open a giant box just to rummage around to find a tiny bottle. I requested a refund for the box and have received no response after 10+ days.

These were always my go to to buy special presents and unique bottles however last two times I have tried to order the customer service has been very poor. When I ordered from them this month they accepted the order and then told me on the day it was due they couldn’t find any product in their warehouse I asked for a replacement and my email was ignored and never responded to … I had a party that night with no gift to give Won’t be using again anytime soon

I ordered Laurent Perrier on a next day service and received a Prosecco! I emailed saying how disappointed I was as it was for a 50th gift, which we couldn’t give her at her party. You then wouldn’t organise the replacement until I proved I had sent the incorrect bottle back! You then wouldn’t deliver directly to the person whose birthday it was, as she lived in Scotland. Utterly appalling service and the name of your company is totally ironic!

After advertising Magnum tonic wine ( brown labelled ) bottle. I sent an email to confirm that they infact had these. I was emailed back to with reassurance that VIP Bottles did have these in stock and was encouraged to place my order. I did this and also added extra 24 hour delivery on top of my case of 24 bottles. However, almost five days later I received my order, which was the completely wrong magnums . I sent an email of complaint, to which I had an apology for their error. They don’t infact have the brown labelled magnums and offered a 15% refund for my trouble. Absolutely shocking service and will never recommend or use them again.

Didn’t honour the next day delivery which cost me £10 and then completely ignored me when I asked about it and think it was 2-3 days late in the end.

I ordered 6 bottles of Bulmers crushed berries & lime. The box arrived intact but 2 of the bottles had shattered into tiny pieces, making me think possibly iy happened in transit. However, this was a gift for my son and i was very dissapointed. It cost me nearly £20 for four bottles to be delivered.

Very disappointed package arrived with item missing although stated on invoice and then still no contact from them a week later after contacting via there website. No offer to send product, no refund and no apology would not be ordering from again.

Very unhappy...paid extra for express delivery estimated delivery on 18/4/25 as was Easter gift....no updates at all apart from it being in parcelforce in Newcastle on 18th depo not delivered until 22/4/25 had to purchase alternative gift for Easter as this did not arrive when it showed have....will not be using yourselves for a purchase in future

Not a great experience - I ordered a bottle of Rose Perrier Jouet, and it was completely flat and undrinkable. Had to be thrown away. Not sure how they are storing the champagne - but it needs to be looked at.

Sadly my order is already several days late arriving and unfortunately VIP Bottles have not been in contact to say there will be a delay or to apologise for late delivery. This email to do this review is the only thing I have received from VIP Bottles since the confirmation email for my order on 08-01-2025. Very disappointing. Of the questions below there is only 1 I can answer until you deliver my order. I can't review the products because you have not delivered them yet.

So far terrible item has not been delivered as yet, on tracking says item not addressed properly so has had to be returned to sender (yourselves) so would appreciate either item resent or refund asap thanks
