Overall happy with the speed of delivery and my order however I ordered a gift message which didnt show on the confirmation so I emailed to request it, the email was responded to promptly but my bottle and box arrived without the requested gift message.

Quick delivery but received wrong items. Ordered a few miniatures, including 2 bacardis and received a lemon BACARDÍ and a gin.

I have ordered a few times from VIP Bottles. Great customer service and products however the only issue I have is that the presentation boxes an extra purchase and are not cheap. Consider this for regular customers. Thanks

Quickly delivery and well packed, shame one of the bottles has a scratch on it, not a deal if you are giving as a gifts to someone, like I am. They are for my daughter 21st birthday.

Hi not sure what happened but we ordered on the 15/4 but did not receive our goods until after Easter very disappointing since we had visitors at the weekend. Which meant we had to buy something else.

Great product at fair price. Bought as a gift. Very disappointed, however, to have paid £6.99 for premium delivery and it take 5 days. Might have expected it be sent with Royal Mail whose services nowadays would've been far quicker (and cheaper than £6.99)

I would have rated higher if my gift had been delivered when it should have been. I was disappointed to learn my friend didn't receive it before his birthday and that it was in fact 4 days afterwards.

Everything I want to order is never in stock and when I email the company I get told that certain items are no longer available if that's the case take them off your website

2 bottles arrived in a square box with no padding at all. I understand the bottles are plastic but they were rattling about, surprised they weren’t damaged.

Paid £10 for next day delivery for the order to arrive a day late and after noon by which time it was too late for what I wanted them for.

I love your company Easy to order from but you do need to improve your delivery service I payed for next day delivery I then got got a text on the day it was ment to be delivered saying they tried to deliver my order but no answer I was at home no one had knocked and said a card was put through the door which it wasn't I then hadto wait till the Monday for delivery and buy the alcohol again as I needed it for a party on the Saturday so I payed 8.99 for no reason

When arrived the courier carried it in to the hall and left it I noticed it was ringing wet the box was badly damaged and luckily no bottles broken but one completely empty so packaging needs looking at or change of courier. Too late to send photo.
