“I have used VIP Bottles several times. I usually buy my daughter the brandy collection which has always arrived in a beautiful box. However, on this occasion, I received the bottles without the box!!! I was very disappointed 😞😞”

“As a new Customer I placed my first order with VIP Bottles for some individual bottles of bitter lemon as I enjoy a St Clements in the Summer and I was very pleased to find these as they don't seem to be widely available. The delivery was prompt and the instructions given were clear. Despite the contents being carefully packed and wrapped, unfortunately the box was damaged during delivery and two bottles had been spilt making the box soaking wet. VIP Bottles were extremely efficient and helpful in making things right and sent a replacement almost immediately which was very much appreciated. I would definitely order from this company again.”

“VIP bottles are efficient and process orders quickly. What lets them down is the use of Royal Mail as a carrier, who are totally ineficient! If they changed to a better carrier they would be 5 star.”

“I ordered a miniature bottle and paid extra for a gift box. However, the gift box provided was designed for a standard-sized bottle, not a miniature. As a result, I was unable to use it, as the miniature bottle looked out of place in such a large box. A gift box appropriately sized for a miniature bottle should have been supplied.”

“Fast delivery VIP Bottles has a wide choice and often has things you can’t purchase elsewhere, however this can prove to be a little more expensive but I guess you can’t have your cake and eat it!”

“Price point is comparable to local retailers once you add on delivery cost. Ordering easy and good communication throughout. Goods arrived well packaged and undamaged”

“Great stuff always. I think VIP can do with a more flexible payment option. Aside this, product is great and cannot compromise its quality.”

“The ordering process with VIP Bottles is simple, and straightforward. Pricing is very competitive and the offers are good and valid. Delivery of my last order was not so good with the carriers tracking app not working (so hence I had no idea when delivery was scheduled, and the carriers tracking app decided to leave the delivery at the end of the drive in full public view, even though the driveway was fully accessible.”

“They're not the bottles that were displayed. Although they'll be drank,it's a different style of the coconut rum”
