“Purchased a birthday gift for a friend, it was a great price, arrived very well packaged and earlier than expected. The presentation tube was included in delivery box and I'm very impressed with the item and I'm sure my friend will be happy with the gift.”

“I ordered 2 Laurent-Perrier La Cuvee Champagne Gift Set with 2 Glasses. Only one was delivered and the box had all finger prints over it. I did get another delivered but no mention of the dirty box. It was a present so was not happy!”

Hi Julie, Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We're very sorry to hear about your experience. We sincerely apologise that one of the gift sets was initially missing and that the gift box arrived with fingerprints on it, especially as it was intended to be a present. While it's possible the marks were present from the manufacturer during packaging, we understand that this isn't the condition you expected to receive your gift in. We've shared your feedback with our team so they can review our handling procedures and help prevent this from happening again. We truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and we're sorry we let you down on this occasion. Kind Regards, VIP Team

“As a new Customer I placed my first order with VIP Bottles for some individual bottles of bitter lemon as I enjoy a St Clements in the Summer and I was very pleased to find these as they don't seem to be widely available. The delivery was prompt and the instructions given were clear. Despite the contents being carefully packed and wrapped, unfortunately the box was damaged during delivery and two bottles had been spilt making the box soaking wet. VIP Bottles were extremely efficient and helpful in making things right and sent a replacement almost immediately which was very much appreciated. I would definitely order from this company again.”

“VIP bottles are efficient and process orders quickly. What lets them down is the use of Royal Mail as a carrier, who are totally ineficient! If they changed to a better carrier they would be 5 star.”
