“Hi not sure what happened but we ordered on the 15/4 but did not receive our goods until after Easter very disappointing since we had visitors at the weekend. Which meant we had to buy something else.”

“Very unhappy...paid extra for express delivery estimated delivery on 18/4/25 as was Easter gift....no updates at all apart from it being in parcelforce in Newcastle on 18th depo not delivered until 22/4/25 had to purchase alternative gift for Easter as this did not arrive when it showed have....will not be using yourselves for a purchase in future”
