“I ordered Laurent Perrier on a next day service and received a Prosecco! I emailed saying how disappointed I was as it was for a 50th gift, which we couldn’t give her at her party. You then wouldn’t organise the replacement until I proved I had sent the incorrect bottle back! You then wouldn’t deliver directly to the person whose birthday it was, as she lived in Scotland. Utterly appalling service and the name of your company is totally ironic!”
