“I ordered a vodka miniature as a little gift and was prompted if I wanted to add a box. It was £6.99 and gave no indication of the size/dimension, hence you would assume that the box would be adequately sized to the product you are purchasing. Upon arrival, the box is giant and intended for a 1l bottle, hence it was 20x the size of the gift and completely unsuitable. It would be embarassing for the recipient to open a giant box just to rummage around to find a tiny bottle. I requested a refund for the box and have received no response after 10+ days.”

“These were always my go to to buy special presents and unique bottles however last two times I have tried to order the customer service has been very poor. When I ordered from them this month they accepted the order and then told me on the day it was due they couldn’t find any product in their warehouse I asked for a replacement and my email was ignored and never responded to … I had a party that night with no gift to give Won’t be using again anytime soon”
