I placed an order using the BOGO BIG. Turns out I hadn't read the "fine print" so I was charged full price for one Helichrysum because I didn't understand the "fine print".
When I called their customer service was rude and explained to me that "I hadn't read the fine print when I placed the order. My understanding was that when I entered the BOGO BIG it applied to all the items I was placing in that order. I still don't understand what "fine Print" I didn't understand but I have ceased to do business with this company.
