I have been ordering from Vitality for a couple of months & like everything I got. The frankincense is great. I have an anti immune problem and have pain in my arms & legs 24-7. Since I have been using the frankincense, my pain has gone down from a 10 to a 3. I have also ordered some roll one & given to my friends and they are now ordering it because it helped them so much.

I have and use about 8 different Vitality oils and love them. I have relief from aches and pains and other issues when I use them. I did figure out the the roll on and sprays are ready for use without carrier oils. I’ve never had a a bad response on my skin.

I ordered a Home Diffuser and did not open the box until a year later, when I had ordered six bottles of frankincense to diffuse in it to help me sleep. It was brand new and did not work at all, and didn't seem to turn on. When I called Vitality to get it replaced, the customer service woman said the order was too old to refund or replace. When my oil order of six bottles frankincense didn't arrive, they did resend it, so that was good. The aches and pain blend seems to work on my fingers for a while.

The product came in time and Customer Service is great when you are ordering. However, the product has heavy scent and didn't work for aches and Pains. It literally gave me a headache. They have a terrible Customer service that only answers to take orders. Only available is store credit.

I would have given them a zero if I could have. The Better Business Bureau gave them a rating of F.!!!!

I have bunrs on my back from using frankensence ..people on here saying they rub it on their spouses...it shouldn't be sold without a warning

I reordered Aches and Pains and the bottle was filled with something foul smelling and almost black in color. My original bottle was fine. They were nice and sent me another bottle the same as the bad one!!! I gave up. No responses so just let it go. Switched to Revive. Love them

Ridiculous that shipping costs are as much as the cost of the items. They offer a "discount", then charge way too much for shipping, so you end up paying the full price or more anyway.

I’ve used almost every oil trying to find right combo for several after chemo side afffects…. I Love the frankincense, helichrysum, and turmeric for my feet! I made a big glass spray bottle with carrier oil( jojoba oil) and after being consistent a good week or so… I realized how much it helped!! I made a separate one without tumeric (not much for that smell) for my face and I won’t use anything else on my face and neck! I Love! I use breath easy and sleep envy in my diffuser and my sinuses were so bad after chemo I swear by it now! I feel the mixed ones aren’t as affective.. but no complaints really here…AND i gave my Mom a my mix of the Frank and Hel and she swears it’s helped her soars that have been all over her arms…she’s tried everything.. her skin is so thin and her and my Dad said they were actually amazed how it helped her..

I've purchased the frankincense roll on several times now ,it works for my bone on bone arthritis pain and tight tendons in knees ,also bursitis in my shoulder. So far no problems with orders tho you could smell the Immunity I'm just trying with this order in it's bubble wrap. I've used DoTerra be4 and it's great but I cant afford the $,yes seems bit stronger but now I'm mixing my own carrier coconut oil with frankincense and adding few extra drops of frankincense. Any company can have shipping issues,we shall see just ordered new frankincense/myrrh blend.

I would like to be removed from these texts. They send them all day long and in the morning also. It’s too much. I delete and report it, but it still comes through. Anybody have any idea of how to be removed from these texts? I thank you in advance.

I tried the frankincense for pain in my arm and it never did anything. I emailed them to let them know and they sent a link to print a label. I don't have a printer. So I told them to forget it I would keep it and I would never order from them again. They could send met the label to mail the stuff back.

I liked the oils but haave recently reordered a few. Now I’m worried about the quality and it actually arriving after reading these comments. They are not fast with their orders but I hope the quality is still good. I guess I will find out if or when my order comes.

I went to their site to place an order. I had one item in my cart but because I had other things to do I thought I would go back later and place an order. Within a few hours I had four emails pushing me to place the order. So when I went to place the order I was on the page for my cart that had one item, I hit back on my phone to go back to the previous screen to add another item but instead of that happening their site charged me for the one item. I contacted customer support. They completely disregarded what happened. When I asked so do I have to spend another $10 for shipping to buy another item, they didn't respond to that, the only response was oh you have your payment information stored. Because I never put my payment information in. I wasn't even going to use that card. They completely disregarded the problem on their site, charging me for something that I wasn't ready to buy, and then had the nerve to say oh you can add more we'll do it for you. Why would I want to buy anything else when they completely disregarded and treated me terrible all because their sight made a mistake somehow. Well after the responses I did receive through email from customer support, I now don't think it was by accident. I think they have their site set up that way. If you try to get out they charge you for whatever's in your cart. I will never purchase them again. If they would have handled this appropriately through email, 100% I would have bought more from them, I would have added more to my order, but instead they just kept dwelling on me having my card stored somewhere in my phone or on another pay app. What does that have to do with their site charging me, proceeding through the whole checkout, when all I did was hit the back. Terrible terrible customer service

When checking out an item that I did not order nor ask for was added. When I contacted them they were quick to respond. In hindsight I should not have agreed to their offer of a $20 credit since the shipping charge (to Canada) is $15 which the coupon does not apply to. So they are all about coupons and it seems like a good deal however it was not.

Would give zero stars. Did not receive my order and they won’t replace because it was 6 months ago. I forgot I ordered it until I was doing my year end receipts and noticed a charge for it. They never sent me an order confirmation nor a tracking number. I checked on the camera on my mailbox and there were no deliveries to my home yet they refuse to resend my order. Do not order from them.
