I went to their site to place an order. I had one item in my cart but because I had other things to do I thought I would go back later and place an order. Within a few hours I had four emails pushing me to place the order. So when I went to place the order I was on the page for my cart that had one item, I hit back on my phone to go back to the previous screen to add another item but instead of that happening their site charged me for the one item. I contacted customer support. They completely disregarded what happened. When I asked so do I have to spend another $10 for shipping to buy another item, they didn't respond to that, the only response was oh you have your payment information stored. Because I never put my payment information in. I wasn't even going to use that card. They completely disregarded the problem on their site, charging me for something that I wasn't ready to buy, and then had the nerve to say oh you can add more we'll do it for you. Why would I want to buy anything else when they completely disregarded and treated me terrible all because their sight made a mistake somehow. Well after the responses I did receive through email from customer support, I now don't think it was by accident. I think they have their site set up that way. If you try to get out they charge you for whatever's in your cart. I will never purchase them again. If they would have handled this appropriately through email, 100% I would have bought more from them, I would have added more to my order, but instead they just kept dwelling on me having my card stored somewhere in my phone or on another pay app. What does that have to do with their site charging me, proceeding through the whole checkout, when all I did was hit the back. Terrible terrible customer service
