When checking out an item that I did not order nor ask for was added.
When I contacted them they were quick to respond. In hindsight I should not have agreed to their offer of a $20 credit since the shipping charge (to Canada) is $15 which the coupon does not apply to. So they are all about coupons and it seems like a good deal however it was not.
