“I purchased two bottle’s Frankincense, sold as a great oil for pain. Did nothing. Customer service is awful. Explained I am homebound & couldn’t photo copy my return label. Was to told to put in my mail box as return to sender. Explained again, open package, Post Office will not take as Return to Sender. She said maybe we’ll get in a few months. Then said it’s a 30 day return policy & no refunds. So I could have the same watery junk, didn’t even have any fragrance.

“Ordered over $125.00 so excited to get them for creams i was making waited over 2 weeks and tried numerous time to contact co. and never could get a hold of a real person. Always got automated kept saying they located my order it was coming that day or the next day. Well it never showed. Finally got someone to help and they said it must have gotten lost. 😡 well if they would have checked the first time I asked they may have been able to replace it and I would have been fine. But they didn't want to do their job. So now I have to find another place because I dont like doing business that way.”

“I received the wrong oils and the order number was wrong on the invoice as well as the email about the order being shipped. Fortunately I took a picture of my order when confirmed. I had heard that this company has done this before.
The oils I got are valued at 1/2 of what I was charged based on their own invoice.
What they sent smells bad and it is still in the bubble wrap! I sent an email immediately and found a “live chat” but waited “in line” and they closed for the day before responding.”

“Due to the defective bottle my frankincense oil was in. It leaked all around the top top of the squeeze bottle, in my bedroom nightstand. However, customer service didn't care one bit that due to their defective bottle and manufacturing, I lost an entire bottle of frankincense. Horrible poor poor customer service. Going to blame it on the customer that the bottle was defective. Do not order from them.”

“I use the oils to make lotions, salves and serums. Helped me to finally be free of commercial skincare products and make simple 1.2.3 ingredient mixes of my own. My skin loves the oils and I use the frankincense, myrrh and helichrysum with castor oil/jojoba oil for pain massage. Works wonders. Always get what I order - no leakage or damage, but I realize that can happen in shipping anything liquid.
For the BOGO complainers …Never had a BOGO problem. The offer works same as in store. But you need to buy 2 of the same size and not put a smaller oz product with the order or only the small one will be free. It’s same or lesser value, so keep the lesser value out of your cart for goodness sake! Do a couple different orders if you need too…buy smart and quit complaining.”
