I received the wrong oils and the order number was wrong on the invoice as well as the email about the order being shipped. Fortunately I took a picture of my order when confirmed. I had heard that this company has done this before.
The oils I got are valued at 1/2 of what I was charged based on their own invoice.
What they sent smells bad and it is still in the bubble wrap! I sent an email immediately and found a “live chat” but waited “in line” and they closed for the day before responding.
