“I have purchased from Vitality Extracts before - not any issues. I just received a coupon code of HAPPY which will allow me to BOGO with no limits & mix and match. The coupon code does not work - it took $40 off of a $280 order. Then they send me a coupon code for 35% off anything site wide (good for only 24 hours) - it took $1 off an $80 order. They have yet to get back with me on either issue. Needless to say, I did not order from them & do not plan to order from them in the future. Customer Service never answers the phone when you call. Very disappointed with them and will not shop here again.”
“Have been using various oils from this company for the past 6 months. When Turmeric was lost in the mail, they replaced it immediately. I have no issues with this company. They have great customer service so far. Been reading all these complaints but I have not experienced any of it so far. My experience has been wonderful. My puffy eyes using Frankincense Hemp & Skin Envy have a GREAT improvement. Frankincense. Hemp. Aches & Pains. Turmeric. Fantastic for arthritis and pain.
The first month or two little effect. By the 3rd month of continuous use I'm no longer taking celebrex. My face and eyes getting compliments on the puffy eye decrease

“So far, I've placed 2 orders and they came in within a week. I purchased the immunity blend, kids bug roll on, and frankencense. No visible results yet, but all of them smell wonderful and the bug one seems to keep the mosquitos SOMEWHAT at bay... but living in Texas near the coast, it's almost impossible to keep those suckers away! Overall, unlike the other reviews, i haven't had to contact customer support, so i can't comment on that, but from my personal experience. I have zero complaints from my purchases!”
“I placed an order using the BOGO BIG. Turns out I hadn't read the "fine print" so I was charged full price for one Helichrysum because I didn't understand the "fine print".
When I called their customer service was rude and explained to me that "I hadn't read the fine print when I placed the order. My understanding was that when I entered the BOGO BIG it applied to all the items I was placing in that order. I still don't understand what "fine Print" I didn't understand but I have ceased to do business with this company.”

“RED FLAG on this company.. Do not trust the positive reviews you see on site. This company will not help you if the issue is their fault. I initially ordered a lot from this company. It was a small amount in the beginning, the frankincense everybody was praising about. I don't feel any results and have been using faithfully for weeks at least twice a day. Will continue using maybe it will kick in. Well, biggest complaint is their customer service. Don't expect help from them if something goes wrong, even if its on their end. I ordered the buy one get one free (BOGOBIG ). I ordered $231 worth, wanted to stock up, because I trusted the reviews. Something happened on the ordering site. When I put in code, system completed my order, before I applied code. I tried to call and explained what happened, it was after hous and over the weekend. On Monday morning, after they opened, I sent email explaining and called. They sad they couldn't honor the buy one, get one free because there was a 48 hr window to contact them. It was the weekend and they were closed. No exception on their part. I am angry and disappointed, because I was cheated because their system failed. They did give me a small partial refund, but not equal to my 6 free items. Their customer service is rude, unresponsive and refuse to work with you. Just be careful with this company. Another thing, note their return is credit only. I had planned on being a long term customer, but will NEVER order or contact this company again.
Also, I was introducing products to family and friends, but will spread the word not to buy.”

I received a broken bottle of skin envy on April 13.I emailed the company and they responded the same day. I just received the replacement bottle today. So I haven’t had any problems with the customer service so far.”

“I had a fairly long order that took forever to get. When I opened the package one of the bottles was leaking all over the other bottles. I emailed the company and sent pictures. They said fill out the return form and send pictures. I did that and they kept sending me the same email 4 times. Four times they said fill out a return form and send pictures. “Your customer service is the worst. You claim the products ship immediately. Three days later no email so I asked to cancel the order. A few hours later it miraculously shipped. I no longer want the product but you don't do refunds only store credit. Lesson learned and I will let everyone know that I can.”
“As a spiritual being here to spread light in the world, I try to have compassion when experiences are less than positive. However, I MUST speak out and warn people about my absolutely horrible experience with Vitality Extracts. I decided to try the product because of a "buy one, get one" promotion. It was my first time on the site. First mistake, there was a code I needed to enter to get the free bottle. When only one arrived, I was still excited to open it. I was immediately disappointed. I ordered frankincense oil. I have a vial of 30+ year old frankincense with a stronger scent. I am not exaggerating. Immediately initiated a refund. Found out I could only exchange. Due to the poor quality of the frankincense, I did not want to exchange, and because I did not include the BOGO code, they refused to send out the second bottle as advertised, even though they acknowledged after finding my order # that I indeed purchased during that sale. Finally, even though the extract is of poor quality, in my opinion, I asked if as a show of good business they could at least send the second bottle I purchased. They refused. I will NEVER purchase anything from this company again and will advise anyone looking for essential oils to steer clear of this company.”
“What a disgusting company! I cannot get anyone to give me a clear answer by email, cannot get anyone on the phone. I bought an item, sent it back not realizing I can't get a refund on my credit card but have to use it to purchase another item and pay again for S&H. Meanwhile for 3 weeks I still have no refund in my account to use. If I don't receive it I'll be reporting them to the BBB. I'm sorry I ever purchased any products from this disgraceful customer service company. They just want your money.”

To make it worse - their customer service is non-existent. You can wait on hold for a lifetime and never get anyone. They don’t return emails either!

“Oils have not used a lot yet, but had one bottle leak first contact to company via email was with in my 2 weeks from delivery, heard no response so did 3 more times, got response to go to a web site online I did, last transaction with them was sorry past your 2 week period so we will not replace it’s been almost two months one of my oils leaked so I wanted replacement so bad will have to go farther up the line, I just noticed a lot of people have same problem I will no longer order from this company, hopefully product does not make me sick like others.”
