“Very watery did take my pain away for a few minutes but that was it... Frankincense...Revive oils are cheaper than Young Living and are đź’Ż% pure....so switch to Revive....the Frankincense was a gift so I will use the rest of it but won't reorder or tell my mom to reorder”

I’m very judicious about leaving negative reviews but I’m very unhappy with the fact that I never received my shipment and when I inquired about it here via email I never received a response. Refund my $42 right away. I never received my frankincense or my lavender and when I looked at the Tracking for the shipment. there was no address so while it made it to my town it never made it to me. I’m pretty sure they probably just returned the items to you and I never received them. Please reply to this email or I will have to figure out how to leave very negative press for you. How dare you take my money and not even reply!!!

“Bad experience is not the description & does not deserve even one star let alone 5! Very disappointed in Company! Customer service phone service, messages are frustrating to say the least. Made an order for a Christmas gift on the 3rd of Dec. Have yet to receive anything. All I get is package on its way??
Past orders I made had broken braclets, leaking bottles of oils. Once, I can or did overlook but this order sealed my decision not to buy anything else from Vitality anymore. The oils I have bought in past do not seem to be as affective as they say! Hummm! No longer going to deal with them nor make anymore orders! I made the mistake of buying again from them! The frustration of trying to deal with them on phone or otherwise is not how I want to be spending my time.
Fix your problems or you may be loosing a lot more customers!”
“Don't order if in a hurry. They say 5-7 days. I'm on day 14 and it still isn't here yet. Put my number in the ups link that they gave...nada. I called. Oh no, put that number in the tracking for usps. Ordered on 11/28...still not here on 12/11/24. Of course, they are still trying to entice me to buy more with all the text messages.”
“I question that the essential oils are "100% pure" as the frankincense and helichrysum oils I received are very thin like water and don't smell like pure oils. They have a very "chemically" alcohol after smell. I threw them out. Plus, how cheap they sell these essential oils should have been the red flag. No good quality 100% frankincense or helichrysum oil should be $10.”
“I have been using their products for months and very impressed! My recent order was a total let down! I ordered a 30ml bottle of Aches and Pains and also a few other oils and a small 10ml rollerball Aches & Pains. I opened the large bottle of Aches& Pains on my bed where I always do and normally apply all oils on my bed. I opened it and took the insert out & out spilled black oil smelling awful and staining my comforter & thru my sheets ( thank goodness I had a mattress protector on my new mattress!! Contacted customer service and had a very helpful rep help me. She offered to send a new bottle. I told her that was unacceptable. I told her the owner or upper management needs to know not just for me but others that could possibly receive a bottle. I also wanted to be reimbursed for the ruined bedding. The rep came back on the phone and said NEIL offered nothing other than a replacement. I was shocked!! They are a BUSINESS and have insurance for such matters. I told her politely I was DONE with the company & thanked her. They refused to let me send pictures as if I was making it up. Never again!
I tried loading the pics but the system was down. Also agree with other consumers that were promised $25 off next order and that is bogus!! False advertising!!”
“I used to love this company! They had such great products. This last order was awful. 4 bracelets were broke and the others were so big they just slide right off me and the roller leaked everywhere. They didn't care. They just sorry there was nothing they could do. Are you serious? Well never never order from here again. Shame on you for allowing this. You should care a bit more about your customers. Never felt more disrespected.”
“What’s all the oils are fabulous especially the frankincense for pain and I love the lavender and lemon and the geranium for my diffuser and I have skin envy for my skin, which is fabulous immunity for this time of year the breathe, which is fantastic also had a few, but they replace them.”
“Have a been using their oils for a while but I’m extremely disappointed with my last order , placed an order mid September and still didn’t receive anything two weeks later, tracking is useless since it hasn’t been updated since September 20, every day I check and every day it says will be delivered tomorrow, don’t coins on customer service because they don’t answer emails and don’t bother calling their number because they don’t answer!!!!

Contacted them again regarding no followup. Today is Sept 8. Still no answer. I would like to return and get a refund. Very disappointed in how this company lacks customer service. “I have been ordering from Vitality Extracts for years. I have had no issues with the product or the customer service...otherwise I would not continue to order from them. I find that the quality is very much the same as other more expensive brands (dT and YL). I use them topically almost daily for pain relief, diffuse to help me sleep and relax, and have made some of my own blends for my own body butters, solid colognes, and whatever I might need.
I love to mix lavendar, peppermint, and lemon for a fresh diffused smell and air cleaner. I hurt my hand at work in March and did PT for 3 months trying to find pain relief. I then added in some frankinscence to an unscented lotion and have had so much more relief, it's crazy!”
“Received 2 bracelets I ordered on clearance. Both the stretchy cord is broken and beads are off the piece of stretch cord. Didn't realized clearance meant I had to go buy new cord to assemble my own beacelets.”
