Bad experience is not the description & does not deserve even one star let alone 5! Very disappointed in Company! Customer service phone service, messages are frustrating to say the least. Made an order for a Christmas gift on the 3rd of Dec. Have yet to receive anything. All I get is package on its way?? Past orders I made had broken braclets, leaking bottles of oils. Once, I can or did overlook but this order sealed my decision not to buy anything else from Vitality anymore. The oils I have bought in past do not seem to be as affective as they say! Hummm! No longer going to deal with them nor make anymore orders! I made the mistake of buying again from them! The frustration of trying to deal with them on phone or otherwise is not how I want to be spending my time. Fix your problems or you may be loosing a lot more customers!
