This is my 2nd email to them sent on December 16th 2024 after waiting on a reply to my first and patiently waiting on delivery of my order which never happened. They are taking 0 accountability to the customers. Hi, I’m very judicious about leaving negative reviews but I’m very unhappy with the fact that I never received my shipment and when I inquired about it here via email I never received a response. Refund my $42 right away. I never received my frankincense or my lavender and when I looked at the Tracking for the shipment. there was no address so while it made it to my town it never made it to me. I’m pretty sure they probably just returned the items to you and I never received them. Please reply to this email or I will have to figure out how to leave very negative press for you. How dare you take my money and not even reply!!! Liz
