“I ordered a Home Diffuser and did not open the box until a year later, when I had ordered six bottles of frankincense to diffuse in it to help me sleep. It was brand new and did not work at all, and didn't seem to turn on. When I called Vitality to get it replaced, the customer service woman said the order was too old to refund or replace. When my oil order of six bottles frankincense didn't arrive, they did resend it, so that was good. The aches and pain blend seems to work on my fingers for a while.”
“Received 2 bracelets I ordered on clearance. Both the stretchy cord is broken and beads are off the piece of stretch cord. Didn't realized clearance meant I had to go buy new cord to assemble my own beacelets.”
“Getting orders taken out of my account I didn’t order. Several times and no help to get it straightened out. So disgusting. Why would they do this. I’m very angry and sorry I ever ordered from them.”
“Oils have not used a lot yet, but had one bottle leak first contact to company via email was with in my 2 weeks from delivery, heard no response so did 3 more times, got response to go to a web site online I did, last transaction with them was sorry past your 2 week period so we will not replace it’s been almost two months one of my oils leaked so I wanted replacement so bad will have to go farther up the line, I just noticed a lot of people have same problem I will no longer order from this company, hopefully product does not make me sick like others.”
“Paid for products which was a lot for a single parent but had to pay another £13 for customs duty . If I had known I would have to pay extra I wouldn't have bothered. Won't be ordering from here again whether the stuff works or not”
