I ordered a Home Diffuser and did not open the box until a year later, when I had ordered six bottles of frankincense to diffuse in it to help me sleep. It was brand new and did not work at all, and didn't seem to turn on. When I called Vitality to get it replaced, the customer service woman said the order was too old to refund or replace. When my oil order of six bottles frankincense didn't arrive, they did resend it, so that was good. The aches and pain blend seems to work on my fingers for a while.
