So far, I've placed 2 orders and they came in within a week. I purchased the immunity blend, kids bug roll on, and frankencense. No visible results yet, but all of them smell wonderful and the bug one seems to keep the mosquitos SOMEWHAT at bay... but living in Texas near the coast, it's almost impossible to keep those suckers away! Overall, unlike the other reviews, i haven't had to contact customer support, so i can't comment on that, but from my personal experience. I have zero complaints from my purchases!
