I think this may be a scam company. Item didn’t arrive, Contacted their Customer Service dept, waited 11 days and finally received an email telling me that I needed to wait to hear from UPS before they would help. I waited a further 5 days, nothing from UPS, contacted Vitkac again asking for a refund, 8 days later they told me that they can only refund me once UPS confirm they have my parcel. That was the last communication they sent me, it’s now been 7 weeks, no further word from Vitkac. PayPal refunded me in full.
