Tried returning a parcel, the labels provided for returns did not work when dropping to dhl, since I have been sent 2 new labels which also did not work, they then said dhl would come to my home address to collect, no date no time just wait in until they show which they DIDNT still waiting for the parcel to be collected this has been ongoing for 3 weeks now. If you order anything from this company then make sure you do not need to return!
