During the hardest time you could possibly experience with your pets, you expect support but instead are hounded down to perform unnecessary tests on your pet. This place and its staff lack compassion and empathy. It’s all about how much money they can make from dying animals. If only I could turn back time just so that I could have spent my last moments with my beloved cat anywhere but here! Disgusting
