“We cannot thank VSOS enough for their outstanding care and support throughout Marley's journey. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with kindness and warmth that instantly eased our worries. Every visit for Marley's testing has been met with not just professional expertise but genuine compassion from the entire team. Liz, in particular, has been an absolute angel. Her level of communication and sensitivity surpassed our expectations. She took the time to explain every step of Marley's tests and treatments in a way that was clear and reassuring. Liz's empathy made a world of difference during such a stressful time for us. While the news of Marley's cancer diagnosis was heartbreaking, the team at VSOS provided us with a sense of security and hope. Thanks to their diligence, Marley's cancer is isolated, and we're now looking ahead with confidence to his upcoming surgery. We are immensely grateful to VSOS for their exceptional care, professionalism, and unwavering support. They have truly gone above and beyond for Marley and for us. “My 1 year old dog got lost at Kurnell while being walked by someone who should not have been, and will never be walking her again. I came home to find her gone and after driving into Kurnell from Bankstown and running up and down desperately trying to find her, I began calling vets in the area hoping someone had found her and taken her in. To my enormous relief she had been taken to VSOS who took incredible care of her and navigated issues resulting from a miscommunication with the original owner regarding her transfer of ownership. VSOS kept me up to date throughout it all, working closely with the council to make sure I was given accurate advice, and were unbelievably compassionate and supportive. My little girl was treated with love and care and returned to me happy and healthy despite a very traumatic experience. Sutherland Council and the staff at the animal shelter in Taren Point were amazing. The people working with animals in this area are so helpful and compassionate. I cannot thank them, especially Chloe at Veterinary Specialists of Sydney enough. If the kind and wonderful person who took her to VSOS after finding her walking on the road near Kurnell sees this review, thank you thank you thank you.”

“These people love the experimental cases that they can bill 10,000 of dollars on they never seem to know exactly what’s the problem But they just bill you and bill you AND then when it comes to discharge they sent us away with the wrong medicine instructions ANDA it took nearly 2 days for them to get the right medication schedule back to us DISGUSTING! They are only after the almighty dollar and trying more and more guesses while our babies suffer ….. and then they were rude to us when we were chasing the right info on the second day of chasing them ..so sad for those that They claim to have our fur babies best at their heart”

“Took my rabbit in as he was was having difficulty breathing. Can't thank the Exotics team- Dr Dean and staff for everything they have done for him. Had previously been seeing a regular vet for Marshmalow who could no longer offer anymore suggestions of help. VSOS was thorough, empathic and kept me up to date with Marshmallows treatment and costs daily. They saved my rabbits life”

“I have been caring for a homeless kitten and she caught the cat flu. Unfortunately, she had a turn for the worse the day I was due to go away for a few days. When I told a local vet the situation ,he said he couldn’t care for her in surgery for more than a day due staff shortage. And suggested VSOS because they are 24 hours. I was told by them that they do not accept stray kittens, especially if contagious (apparently they don’t have quarantine facilities).So back to vet who agreed to treat kitten after a friend agreed to care for her until I return. So, anyone who finds sick homeless cats or kittens, don’t expect VSOS to treat them. Also, apparently these days there is no such thing as days in an animal hospital.”

“I rush in to see them tonight as my dog had been limping over the weekend and today was vomiting and lethargic. I was seen by the vet nurse in the waiting room she checked her vitals and said she was not too concerned and I will be seen after the consulting room is free and the second vet is assisting with an ultrasound. One and a half hours later and many other clients that have come and gone that were not emergencies I still was not see and when I ask if they thought her vitals were stable enough not to be seen yet and should I go home, the answer was that they were busy at the back of house and they would get to me, if I want to go it's my choice. No compassion no empathy, they lied to me about when I was to be seen and have no duty of care to my dog which I feel they neglected.”

“The visit we had with our cat left a bad taste in my mouth unfortunately. Not sure but specialist shouldn't be part of your name if you can't even handle a unsociable cat. Disappointed and out of pocket. You didn't even try to help. Customer service is also something you should teach some of your staff. Not coming back sorry.”

“We found Dr Brunel to be a very professional and dedicated surgeon operating on our Chihuahua Coco. Thanks to her our pup is expected to make a full recovery. We are very appreciative of her expertise.”

“Our Henry had a grass seed in his neck. The Vets and Vet nurses took great care of him. His surgery was done promptly and with minimal of fuss or bother. We were also able to use the Gap pay option so we weren't out of pocket waiting for RSPCA to approve our claim. We'd highly recommended Vet SOS.”

“The team were very helpful of when I needed assistance. They acted very promptly when she needed the care and treatment. They also handled my kitten with such care. The reception team also were amazing with my calls and were able to provide me with reassuring updates. They were very understanding.”

“I can’t put into words how thankful I am that the wonderful team looked after our darling Simba on the night he passed away. They went over and above and we will always be thankful for the love, kindness and gentleness they showed our sweet little dog. The care and compassion shown to us afterwards was also outstanding. I can’t recommend them enough.”

“ABSOLUTELY AMAZING AND SO CARING.. Would highly recommend VSOS. After having an emergency with my beautiful 13 year old Labrador on a Sunday night at 2am and next day was Anzac Day. They were there for us and to help my injured boy. We traveled from Shellharbour to Miranda as our aftercare from our vet did not happen and absolutely no service in the Illawarra and we needed emergency help from surgery 2 days prior. Thank goodness we could get him in. Sad to say our beautiful boy went to doggy heaven but went to heaven eating liver treats. Thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️”
